- Maud Legrand only. No data is sold, shared or used for marketing purposes.
- Processors
- no third-party service is involved in delivering your message: it is sent by the website host’s mail server, o2switch, to a mailbox belonging to the practice. The servers are located in France.
- Retention
- 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Messages that do not lead to treatment are deleted as soon as they have been answered.
Please do not send detailed health information through this form. It is meant for arranging a first conversation, not for describing a medical situation. Health information will be gathered during consultation, under professional confidentiality.
Booking appointments
Appointments are booked on the external RDVLive platform (https://www.rdvlive.fr/prise-rdv/maud-legrand/). Any data you enter there is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy. This website neither collects nor stores any information about your appointments.
Patient records
Data gathered in the course of treatment (assessments, reports, session notes) is kept separately from this website, under professional confidentiality and for the retention periods required by law for health records.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for it to function may be used; these require no consent and cannot identify you.
Hosting and security
This website is hosted by o2switch, on servers located in France. It is served exclusively over HTTPS. Any technical connection logs are kept for 12 months and used solely for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to maud.legrand39@outlook.com or by post to the practice address. You will receive a reply within one month at the latest.
